About the Role

Are you a parking attendant looking for your next challenge? As a parking attendant, you will work with parking supervision on municipal land. Your responsibility is to promote traffic safety on the roads, increase traffic flow, and improve the living environment by ensuring that parking regulations are followed. You will have a free job but with an important responsibility.

You will for example:

• Ensure that parking regulations are followed on municipal land
• Proactively assist our customers with parking-related questions

Requirements

You have municipal parking attendant training. We also see that you have a high school education with passing grades in Swedish and English. Since you will be traveling between different locations in your role, a B driver's license is required for the position.

• B driver's license

If you have worked with similar tasks before, this is of course a strong merit. Great emphasis will be placed on your personal suitability for the position. For employment within Securitas Sweden AB, it is required that you have passing grades from high school in Swedish and English and are approved by the County Administrative Board for employment in an authorized security company according to the Act (1974:191) on security companies (the application is made by Securitas). Depending on the position, a security check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may also be relevant. To investigate and assess whether you meet the requirements to be approved according to each regulation, a background check will be conducted. The assessment concerns legality, suitability, reliability, loyalty, and any vulnerabilities. Information collected may come from you, open sources, or authorities. We apply a comprehensive assessment when evaluating suitability for each position.

Salary and employment conditions are based on the collective agreement between the employer organization Security Companies and the Swedish Transport Workers' Union.
